GIGI FM – VENTUS IN ANIMA (2LP)
Giulia Fournier-Mercadante, better known as GiGi FM, is a French-Italian DJ and producer — a multidisciplinary artist and dancer who crafts a cerebral, emotional strain of techno balancing psychedelic percussion with ambient textures. With 'Ventus in Anima' she delivers a double album on her own label Sea~rène, which she runs from Berlin — a fitting move from an artist who treats her music as an inward journey. Nine tracks across four sides, from 'Origo' to 'Ventus in Anima', with the 'Cerca Waves' / 'Cerca Napoli' pairing nodding to her roots and 'Life's Special Dream' closing the loop. For anyone into searching, patient techno that breathes, this one's worth watching. Pre-order, released 29 January 2027.
