Various Artists – WITNESS09
The ninth WITNESS release gathers four names who know how to move a floor. On the A-side, Rob Pearson delivers The Tempest with Jayson Walker, a patient build with held-back energy. The B-side hits harder: UK veteran Silverlining brings his ever-distinctive touch on A Political Act, before Frenchman Chris Carrier closes things out with The Drop, a cut made for the late hours. One Eye Witness, the Dutch outfit launched in the wake of Kalahari Oyster Cult, keeps lining up house with real character and never the obvious kind. One for those who like their house with grit and intent. Pre-order, out 6 November 2026.
