GLENN UNDERGROUND – ATMOSFEAR (35TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION (2LP)
Glenn Underground's debut album, reissued by Peacefrog — one of the high points of 90s Chicago deep house. Originally released in 1996, Atmosfear set the standard for sophisticated dance music, steeped in jazz, soul and funk: Glenn U. at his most organic. A major figure of the Chicago house sound (and a member of the C.V.O. collective), he lays out eight cuts where warm keys and round basslines do all the work, from the opening 'Israelee Night Falls' to the closing 'Midnight Groove' — music to listen to as much as to dance to. Essential for anyone who loves deep house with real soul. Double-vinyl pressing.35th Anniversary Edition of Peacefrog – 2LP Smokey Vinyl
