Gary Beck – Zone X EP
Gary Beck is one of the heavyweights of Scottish techno: a Glasgow producer spotted early by Richie Hawtin and released on labels like Soma, Cocoon and Drumcode, with that direct, groovy sound built for big floors. On this Zone X EP for Warg Records, you get the best of what he does: punching kicks and grooves that never let go. "Zone X" kicks things off in peak-time mode, "Bronze Heart" tightens the tension, and on the B-side "Charlie Won't Come Down" and "Salt Pan" stay locked into dense, functional techno. Pure Beck, made for the DJ. Pre-order, out 6 November 2026.
