Two Cold – Desert Leather EP
Here they come on M.A.D Records: Two Cold, a London duo with a deliberately blurry identity, smudging the lines between acid house, electro and crunchy lo-fi textures. The Desert Leather EP delivers four club-ready cuts that never smooth out the grit: 'Desert Leather' opens things up, 'Missing Channel (Pure Electro Mix)' leans into drier electro, and 'Portal Vortex' closes the trip. But the real missile here is 'Katanga Slide' on the B1 — a bouncy, restless body-mover, the kind that lifts a set off the ground. House that doesn't take itself too seriously yet knows exactly where it's headed. New vinyl, don't sleep on it.
