The Reflex, alias of French producer Nicolas Laugier, is a master of the multitrack re-edit: he strips originals down and rebuilds them for the floor. On this new 12" for his own Flex7 Recordings, he serves two club-ready house reworks — the reshaped groove of "D-Y-D" on the A-side, the rhythmic punch of "Down Breaks" on the flip.
