Blaze – 20:20 Vision Dubs n Edits
Blaze, the Newark duo of Josh Milan and Kevin Hedge, remain one of the deepest voices in American soulful house. This EP gathers their classics reworked by the UK's 20:20 Vision crew, Ralph Lawson's Leeds imprint. The 20:20 Vision Dub of 'Lovelee Dae' digs into the groove and lets the pads breathe, while 'Wishing You Were Here' comes in two shapes — Random Factor's hypnotic dub and the more dancefloor-focused 20:20 Vision Dub. On B1, Cassio Ware's 'Funky People' returns as a 20:20 Vision Remix edited by Ralph Lawson: dry drums, club energy, spirit intact. A perfect bridge between New Jersey soul and UK house discipline. Brand-new pressing, audio snippets on the product page.
